As our Outside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in our services online
  • Making outbound calls to leads provided to you
  • Finding opportunities for outbound calls via various data sources
  • Selling residential & commercial pest control services and other offerings aligned with our standard operating procedures
  • Creating service accounts for new customers
  • Scheduling inspections and/or quality control visits for our sales inspectors and technicians
  • Efficiently navigating multiple programs simultaneously, while maintaining a friendly conversation with customers
  • Achieving conversion goals and other performance metrics, including booking rate and monthly revenue sold
  • Initiating and maintaining customer care programs, including telephone surveys and follow-up on extra services

For this role, we prefer candidates with Salesforce experience.

  • Be comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Be self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Be open and flexible to changes in the industry, as well as the growth and evolution of our company
  • Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
