Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional technical support to our users. This position requires a strong understanding of network administration, software troubleshooting, and various IT systems, ensuring that all technology-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Duties

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across our customer base
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems, including TCP/IP configurations.
  • Manage and maintain mobile devices, ensuring they are secure and functioning properly.
  • Utilize Autotask for tracking support tickets and managing user requests.
  • Administer network devices, including Ubiquiti equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct software troubleshooting on Windows Server environments to resolve user issues.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement and manage firewall configurations to protect the organization's network.
  • Document all technical procedures and user interactions for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti products and TCP/IP networking.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting software issues on Windows Server platforms.
  • Experience with mobile device management and support.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $70, $85,000.00 per year
