About the Role
As a Client Services Coordinator you'll be an essential part of the RDS Wealth client experience. You'll work closely with our advisory team to ensure every client feels supported and confident in their plan- from preparation and onboarding to long-term service.
This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and finds fulfillment in helping others achieve peace of mind.
Role Responsibilities
· Prepare for client meetings by updating financial planning software, organizing paperwork, and coordinating with advisors.
· Facilitate account transfers, distributions, and service requests between RDS Wealth and custodians.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for client account servicing and inquiries.
· Communicate with clients via phone and email to answer questions, process requests, and maintain ongoing relationships.
· Ensure accuracy and compliance in all client account activities.
· Analyze investment portfolios and create detailed reports that align with client goals.
· Stay knowledgeable about firm processes, account requirements, and evolving client needs.
Core Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
· Willingness to pursue additional licensing (e.g., Health and Life).
Compensation
Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
