We are seeking a Support Technician to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service and training on our products as well as resolving technical issues. Our entry level program takes inexperienced future I.T. professionals and provides an entry level helpdesk platform for the basics and potentially evolves into either our project management or software development internship programs based on interests/skills demonstrated, as well as performance. This role is a mix of in-office and remote work, please do not apply if you can not commute to Grapevine, TX regularly. We generally have a training period of around 3 months for entry level techs who then (based one individual progression) are then generally remote when possible. This role does require some overnight shifts which are always remote, as well as occasional weekend shifts which are typically swapped between technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide customer training on products over the phone and onsite
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns over the phone and occasionally onsite
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Qualifications: Bilingual English-Spanish (speaking and writing) is a plus
  • Commute to Grapevine, Texas regularly (required)
  • Ability to work from home (not required)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior work in a computer industry is a plus
  • General working knowledge of windows operating system and networking (Required)

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
