Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Adult Family Home Administrator to join our team at Agape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our Adult Family Home and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of long-term care and the ability to manage a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, including managing the facility, staff, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and the home community.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the home's staff, including nurses, caregivers, and other support staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the home, including making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that the home is in compliance with all relevant accreditation and certification standards.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Adult Family Home Administrator or in a related management role.
  • Strong understanding of long-term care and the regulations and laws that govern the industry.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of professionals and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Experience with home community care and retirement homes.
  • A background in nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
  • Ability to provide care and support to residents, as well as their families and caregivers.
  • Strong organizational and operations management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
