Job Summary:

Generations Home Care is currently seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in providing home care services to our clients in Kitsap County. We accept Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Care Aides (HCA). We provide training and orientation to all of our staff. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay rate of $23-42, depending on the length of the shift

  • Paid twice monthly, on the 10th and 25th

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as grooming, bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

  • Assist with medical appointments and other activities that require accompaniment

  • Assist with mobility, transportation, and errands

  • Adhere to safety procedures and medical protocols

  • Monitor clients' medication intake and report any irregularities

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

  • Provide emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Manage app based technology for care plan and clocking in and out

  • Ability to follow care plan instructions and adhere to medical protocols

  • Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds

  • CNA/HCA certification

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • Relationship development with clients and families
