At Fresh & Clean Services, we provide professional janitorial and commercial cleaning services that help our clients maintain clean, safe, and productive environments. We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, support cleaning teams, and ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support cleaning crews across multiple commercial sites.
  • Create and adjust cleaning schedules as needed.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate staffing for absences, vacations, and new site startups.
  • Communicate with clients about service quality and scheduling updates.
  • Track cleaning supplies, order materials, and manage equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and OSHA safety requirements.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational records.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in janitorial operations, facility maintenance, or team supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel between multiple client sites (valid driver's license required).
  • Flexible availability for occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
