What You'll Do
  • Deliver world-class, evidence-based strength training sessions to clients
  • Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
  • Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones
