What You'll Do

  • Engage directly with customers in retail store locations, providing excellent service and expert recommendations
  • Explain product features, plan options, and current promotions in a clear and professional manner
  • Assist customers through the purchase or enrollment process with accuracy and care
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with new and returning customers
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals through consultative, face-to-face selling
  • Maintain organized product displays and ensure all materials reflect brand standards
  • Collaborate with retail teams and management to improve store performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, goal-oriented, and coachable attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Reliable transportation to and from retail partner locations
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
