Partners In Learning, a dynamic non-profit located in the heart of Salisbury, NC (Rowan County), is seeking a motivated BCBA to join our team and help us deliver truly inclusive Applied Behavior Analytic services. This isn't just an ABA clinic—it's an opportunity to practice in a setting where every child belongs. We are redefining ABA by offering all services in an inclusive setting.

Our ABA clinic is directly attached to a thriving childcare and pre-K center, meaning every client has immediate, built-in access to typical peer groups and general education classrooms. You will be instrumental in delivering the inclusive experience every child deserves As our BCBA, you will be the clinical leader, practicing assent-based and trauma-informed care within the Natural Environment. Your primary goal will be to promote positive outcomes through collaborative, high-quality ABA practices.

Partners in Learning offers:

  • Low caseloads (no more than 6-8 clients)
  • 25 hour minimum weekly billable requirements
  • Competitive salary with monthly bonuses totaling up to $9,000/year based on hours billed

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other indirect assessments to identify the function of behavior.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis; adjust plans as needed to ensure effectiveness, generalization and maintenance.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs); review fidelity of data collection and treatment and provide feedback.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support and training to caregivers, teachers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g. speech therapists, occupational therapists, Educators, etc.) to integrate behavior strategies and provide continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation (e.g., insurance notes, progress reports, assessments, treatment plans, etc.).
  • Uphold ethical and regulatory standards in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP/IFSP/CFT meetings, parent conferences, and community/agency coordination.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis and participate in continuing education.
  • Bill a minimum of 25 hours/week with bonuses offered for meeting that minimum as well as bonuses for meeting higher rates of billable hours.
