Compensation:

$65,000 - $95,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the tax compliance process, ensuring timely and accurate filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business goals, optimizing their financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to provide expert guidance on IOLTA Accounting and legal accounting matters.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and industry trends to proactively advise clients on potential impacts and opportunities.
  • Foster strong client relationships by delivering clear, actionable advice that builds trust and confidence.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your expertise to enhance their professional growth.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies into broader business plans.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading and managing tax compliance processes for federal, state, and local tax returns.
  • Ability to develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business goals, optimizing financial outcomes.
  • Proven track record of providing expert guidance on IOLTA Accounting and legal accounting matters.
  • Strong understanding of current tax regulations and industry trends to proactively advise clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster strong client relationships through clear, actionable advice.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members to enhance their professional growth.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate tax strategies into broader business plans seamlessly.
  • Enrolled Agent or CPA Licensure.
