We serve as a friendly and professional extension of our clients billing office to help answer consumers' questions, resolve their outstanding balances, and facilitate prompt and timely payment to improve our clients cash flow and avoid disruptions to their business. Here at BC Services, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver excellent customer service to both our clients and their consumers.

What You Would Do

Support our clients by providing professional responses to our clients inquiries via phone and email communications. Provide all required reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly basis evaluate trends for opportunities to improve support as well as troubleshoot the clients concerns regarding their accounts.

*Preference given to candidates in Mountain or Central Time Zone in select states - must complete assessments for consideration.

Specifically

• Interact with clients via email, phone and face-to-face correspondence
• Liaison and advocate to client's needs and/or requests
• Maintain, strengthen and build rapport with our clients by communication daily and traveling for frequent site visits
• Compilation and creation of reports that are requested
• Communicate professionally, accurately, effectively and concisely in both written and verbal practices
• Work queues or worklists as assigned by manager to support the day to day tasks required by client
• Monitor and respond timely to client emails for the tasks assigne.
• Evaluate trends and monitor for opportunities when working tasks to improve the support services workflow and provide improved customer service

Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast paced office environment. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer service, ability to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment, excellent problem solving and analytical skills required, excellent telephone skills, maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when handling customer questions, inquiries or complaints.

What You Must Have

• Proven work experience in customer service or in medical business office.
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
• Strong relationship building, problem resolution and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work on tasks both independently and as a team.
• Ability to problem solve and reconcile discrepancies
• Pass a Background and Credit Check
