A.gora Mgmt Group is recruiting a Customer Sales Associate in Seattle to drive the success of our AT&T mobile campaign. As a key player in our sales and business consulting team, the Customer Sales Associate will blend dynamic customer engagement with authoritative product education, ensuring every account you manage receives elite service.
As a Customer Sales Associate, you will take ownership of the AT&T mobile customer experience, leveraging your communication skills and technical knowledge to troubleshoot devices, recommend solutions, and ensure every interaction contributes directly to campaign objectives. We will empower the Customer Sales Associate with the tools and autonomy to make real-time decisions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Core Functions of the Customer Sales Associate
- Promote AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, and bundled mobile services through structured digital outreach across assigned customer segments.
- Assist customers with selecting mobile plans, verifying device compatibility, and completing account setup using AT&T's approved digital workflows.
- Maintain accurate CRM records by logging customer interactions, tracking service milestones, and updating pipeline activity to support sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve provisioning delays, documentation gaps, and service tier discrepancies to ensure timely mobile activations.
- Monitor territory performance metrics to refine outreach strategies, accelerate service activations, and support AT&T's customer retention goals.
- Drive post-sale engagement by reinforcing product value, identifying upsell opportunities, and recommending mobile services aligned with usage patterns.
Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
- Experience in retail sales, customer engagement, or promotional outreach—preferably within telecom, consumer electronics, or subscription-based services.
- Skilled in managing digital workflows, resolving service gaps, and executing onboarding strategies that meet AT&T's mobile activation standards.
Preferred Skills for the Customer Sales Associate
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple customer interactions with speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in CRM systems; maintains clean, actionable data for tracking accounts, metrics, and activation progress.
- Collaborative and proactive; works effectively with outreach teams to meet campaign goals and uphold service delivery benchmarks.
- Clear communicator; tailors messaging to guide customers through service decisions and reinforce the value of AT&T mobile solutions.
