Job Description
This position's concentration will be in graphic design to support Marketing and Corporate initiatives. This role will provide support in all forms of marketing to drive awareness of brands and new products.

Responsibility And Duties

  • Be creative lead and designer for all Country Pure brands and materials needed to promote the brand which included:

  • Design or update sell sheets, multipage product guides, newsletters, social media posts, banners, posters, digital product packages

  • Work with outside vendors as needed to gather quotes and submit graphics

  • Manage advertising schedule submissions and graphics
  • Manage vendor that sends all printed materials out to customers.
  • Copywriting and proofing of email marketing campaigns, press releases, newsletters, website updates, on hold messages, surveys
  • Maintain product image library with images, spec sheets, etc.
  • Work in CRM to maintain data, create graphics, assist with marketing programs
  • Assist with conducting and gathering market research
  • Assist with a variety of projects in the marketing department
  • Well organized, detail-oriented thinker with enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry
  • Manage media contracts to include pricing and contract renewal
  • Maintain ad placement and coordination in any retail and food service publications. Track ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadline with minimal supervision
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in the English language are necessary to be able to perform this job.
  • Ability to analyze data including sales reports, market information, etc. Basic math and algebra skills are necessary for this position.
  • The ability to analyze data and understand its meaning and how to use the information for projects

Education And/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Graphic Design, Marketing or other related degree.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the Graphic Design or Marketing Field.
  • Individual must be proficient in typing and computer skills, including MS Office, should have a working knowledge of Mac Computers and Adobe Creative Suite particularly In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will be in a cubicle environment where noise can be interruptive.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged time sitting at a desk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 25-50 pounds. Also, there is much movement of marketing materials to other areas, outside vendors, etc. which requires lifting and walking back and forth.
