Responsibilities:

  • Setting the table
  • Presenting the menu and assisting customers in food selection
  • Preparing alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks
  • Assessing customers' needs and preferences, and making recommendations
  • Delivering food to tables
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Staying guest-focused and fostering an excellent guest experience
  • Complying with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications:

  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience as a waitress or waiter is required
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Relevant training certificate
  • Knowledge of Jonas software is preferred
  • Previous experience in an upscale restaurant is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a country club or upscale restaurant is preferred
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
