HVAC Specialist

Prostar Services Inc. in Wilson, NC is hiring a full-time HVAC Sales Specialist. In this role, you'll help customers find the right heating, cooling, and air quality solutions for their homes and businesses. If you're motivated, enjoy working with people, and want a job where you can earn $100,000 – $200,000/year through commission, this could be the right fit.

We also provide a tool program and training to help you succeed. This is a full-time role with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll report to our central location in Wilson, NC each morning before heading out to customer job sites in the area. The role includes both onsite and hybrid work.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Experience in HVAC, sales, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and simply
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and driven to meet goals
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Ability to travel to customer locations
• Comfortable with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and extended periods of standing, walking, and talking

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN HVAC SALES SPECIALIST?

As an HVAC Sales Specialist, your day will start by meeting the team at our central location. From there, you'll head out to scheduled appointments at customers' homes or businesses. You'll talk with them to understand their needs and explain heating, cooling, and air quality products in a simple and helpful way. After the visit, you'll put together a proposal that fits their needs and budget. You'll keep in touch with your customers, answer questions, and work closely with our installation and service teams to make sure everything goes smoothly. You'll also take part in team meetings and training to stay up to date.
