Overview

The Chicago, IL office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with legal experience. This is a temporary position with a minimum of three (3) months and maximum of six (6) months as the employment time frame for this role. The primary responsibilities of this position include accounts payable and AP related account reconciliations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Daily activities include processing of invoices, expense reports and other accounts payable items, and AP accounts reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and comfortable with a variety of accounting software programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Three (3) years' minimum experience working in an accounts payable role
