HVAC Install Apprentice
The Opportunity
Fix-It 24/7 is looking for an HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team. You'll work side by side with experienced installers, learning how to install residential HVAC systems while gaining hands-on experience in the field. This is a great opportunity for someone who's motivated to build a long-term career in the trades. Once trained and promoted, our Lead Installers are among the highest-paid in South Carolina.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience

  • Paid Time Off: 80 hours of PTO
  • Holidays: 6 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday (during your birthday month)
  • Training: Paid classroom and field training with experienced technicians

What You'll Do

  • Assist experienced HVAC Installers with system installations in residential homes
  • Help set up, test, and complete installs efficiently and safely
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
  • Communicate clearly with team members and customers
  • Participate in paid training sessions 2–3 times per month

What You'll Need

  • Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfort using hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in attics or crawl spaces
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
