We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, has a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking dishes according to our recipes, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • Assist in cooking and assembling menu items under the supervision of the chef or line cook
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, kitchen equipment, and tools
  • Monitor food inventory and report low stock or expired products to the kitchen supervisor
  • Help receive and store food deliveries
  • Assist with dishwashing and other cleaning duties as needed
  • Assist with regular trash removal and general cleanup of work areas
  • Perform other kitchen tasks as assigned
  • Willingness to work extended hours based on business needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must have reliable form of transportation
