The Creative Services Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Heartland Dental's Online Marketing Store. This position serves as first-line support for both internal and external users, ensures smooth order processing, manages account setups, and enforces workflow compliance to maintain optimum functionality. Additionally, the role includes graphic design responsibilities in support of the Online Marketing Store and the Creative Services team.

Heartland Dental is the nation's largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in over 1,800 dental offices. Each Heartland Dental supported office is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Supported doctors are the leaders of their practice and retain clinical autonomy. Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

• Monitor and process the Online Marketing Store intake queue ticket submissions.
• Resolve store-related issues, answer customer inquiries, and ensure timely and professional communication with dental offices and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with vendors to resolve technical or process-related issues as they arise.
• Ensure product availability, data accuracy, and smooth functionality of the ordering process.
• Initiate and maintain account setups for new dental offices.
• Manage and facilitate requests for custom marketing products including print, apparel, and promotional items.
• Compile quotes, pricing, and schedules; present findings to internal clients.
• Document and create training material in support of the Online Marketing Store processes.
• Shepard the progression of projects through the implementation cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of completion.

• Assist in monitoring automated materials for compliance with federal and state regulations and individual state disclosure requirements.
• Work with marketing and compliance teams to ensure all items in the store meet current standards and update as necessary.

• Provide graphic design services in support of the Online Marketing Store using Adobe Creative Cloud software.
• Ensure that all visual assets adhere to Heartland Dental's brand standards and guidelines.
• Maintain visual consistency across the store through proper categorization and accurate visual representation of products.
• Help maintain digital asset libraries, process files, and input data as needed.
• Assist the Creative Team on various projects, as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design required.
• Graphic design experience with a strong understanding of layout, design tools (Adobe Creative Suite), and file preparation for print.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think proactively.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability travel to occasionally to Effingham, IL as needed for projects.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working in e-commerce platforms, help desk tools, or digital asset management systems.
