Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven AI Implementation Lead to facilitate our use of AI throughout the company. As AI Implementation Lead, you will drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies across the organization, shaping business processes and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and innovation. You'll work closely with business resources, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to create scalable, secure, and adaptive AI solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead cross-functional workshops to identify AI opportunities and define project requirements.
  • Design and implement AI Enabled business processes, leveraging large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies/tools.
  • Build and train custom chatbot models using large language models (LLMs) and related frameworks.
  • Champion AI best practices and mentor junior team members.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained LLM's on proprietary datasets.
  • Develop pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and annotation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into platforms/software products.
  • Monitor and improve chatbot performance using feedback loops and analytics.
  • Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and model transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI development.
  • Proficiency in AI large language platforms – ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc….
  • Experience with LLMs, chatbot frameworks, and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of model evaluation, training techniques, testing and deployment.
  • Experience building proprietary AI systems or chatbots.
  • Strong communication skills (internal and external).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Keboola/Snowflake) preferred.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), preferred.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens

Compensation:

Salary range: $100, ,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program, which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
