We are seeking a visionary Director of Advanced Campaign Solution Design to bring together our Marketing Technology (MarTech) capabilities and business goals to deliver amazing outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can set strategy, direct global teams, and manage a portfolio of omni-channel campaign initiatives at enterprise scale.

The Director will provide thought leadership in designing data-driven, customer-centric engagement strategies that leverage cutting-edge marketing technology platforms. They will ensure alignment with business priorities while driving measurable growth and customer lifetime value.

This individual will lead and mentor a team responsible for establishing enterprise-wide standards for campaign solution design, and foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and IT. Mastery of Adobe Experience Cloud tools is essential.

Working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Martech, and Data Science teams to translate business goals into orchestrated, data-driven journeys utilizing mastery of tools such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to design scalable solutions that drive impactful customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management 

  • Direct and oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, balancing resources and timelines across multiple workstreams. 
  • Define the strategic vision for omni-channel campaign solution design and ensure alignment with enterprise marketing goals. 
  • Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to measure the impact of advanced campaign solutions on customer engagement and business outcomes. 

Enterprise Solution Architecture 

  • Oversee the development of scalable, reusable campaign frameworks that standardize architecture across the enterprise. 
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science leadership to shape long-term investments in MarTech platforms, ensuring extensibility and innovation. 
  • Drive the integration of advanced decisioning, predictive analytics, and real-time personalization into customer journeys. 
  • Lead the design and delivery of advanced omni-channel campaign solutions that enable real-time, data-driven customer engagement across email, push, SMS, in-app, direct mail, and digital media channels. 

Team Leadership & Talent Development 

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the MarTech organization. 
  • Champion cross-training and skills development in emerging tools, data-driven design, and advanced campaign orchestration. 

Cross-Functional Influence 

  • Serve as the executive-level liaison between Marketing Technology and enterprise stakeholders, ensuring campaign capabilities support larger business strategies. 
  • Represent MarTech in executive forums, articulating the business value of advanced campaign capabilities to senior leadership. 
  • Drive adoption of standardized campaign solution design principles across marketing and product portfolios. 

Operational Excellence & Governance 

  • Establish enterprise-wide design standards, data governance practices, and compliance frameworks to ensure campaign solutions meet regulatory and privacy requirements. 
  • Promote operational efficiency by driving automation, modular design, and continuous optimization of marketing workflows. 
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred). 
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level marketing technology, including at least 5+ years leading large teams and managing portfolios of omni-channel campaign initiatives. 
  • Proven track record of defining strategy and driving adoption of advanced campaign design across complex B2C enterprises. 
  • Experience managing large portfolios in complex cross-matrixed organizations 
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Journey Optimizer, with experience integrating advanced CDPs and decisioning platforms. 
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and aligning technical strategy with business goals. 
  • Strong financial and resource management experience 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, or related discipline. 
  • Adobe certifications in AEP, Campaign, or Journey Optimizer. 
  • Experience developing enterprise roadmaps for MarTech ecosystems, including real-time decisioning, customer data platforms, and AI-driven personalization. 
  • Background in telecom, media, or similarly complex and highly regulated industries. 
  • Prior experience building and leading global or distributed teams.
