We work with clients across the U.S. to launch voice AI campaigns, manage client dashboards, and deliver real results through automation and innovation.

We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented intern to support our fulfillment and operations team — someone who loves learning new tools, solving problems quickly, and helping campaigns go live smoothly.

Position Overview

As a Fulfillment & Operations Assistant, you'll work closely with our project management and AI fulfillment team to help clients get launched and supported efficiently. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who's organized, curious, and eager to grow in the world of AI marketing, automation, and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Upload client data lists into campaign dashboards (GoHighLevel and related tools)
  • Verify and format data for outbound campaigns
  • Schedule and monitor client voice AI calls and ensure campaign activity is running properly
  • Review live call recordings to ensure quality and flag issues for the team
  • Assist with campaign QA, troubleshooting, and fulfillment follow-up tasks
  • Help manage project dashboards and maintain accurate client status updates
  • Support project managers with client onboarding steps and follow-up
  • Jump in to fix or update tasks when there's a client escalation or urgent need
  • Work closely with our fulfillment lead to optimize systems and processes

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong computer and software skills (Google Sheets, CRMs, dashboards, etc.)
  • Fast learner and highly organized — able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow with the company
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, or other marketing automation tools a plus (but not required)
  • Available 2–3 days per week in-office
