Client Relations Specialist (1099 Employee)
Job Description:
An EMS Liaison/Client Relations Specialist is someone who provides assistance to the Business Development and Marketing Department in handling and executing various business strategies, as well as performing other important duties within the company. Maintaining existing relationships with clients is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works under the supervision of a Regional Manager and/or Director to assist with the company's marketing objectives.
- Responsible for DAILY visits to clients (ERs, Hospitals, etc.) to deliver compelling sales pitches and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Submits reports based on research findings through presentations and daily written reports.
Assists in creating marketing or advertising materials, such as flyers, brochures, blogs, and other promotional tools.
Conducts research on marketing strategies and gathers essential information to help the marketing team develop effective plans.
Analyzes surveys and other relevant marketing trends and strategies.
Manages social media accounts/pages for the company's brand, products, and services.
Coordinates and manages events (Touch a Truck, CPR Classes, etc.) scheduled with partnering clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Hours:
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible)

Pay: $40, $43,000.00 per year
