Purpose:

Great opportunity to gain understanding of department and company functions and goals. Student will learn about key business operations in their desired/assigned department.   Student will provide prompt completion of various assigned tasks and projects.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Hands on experience in all departmental processes and proceduresData entryGeneral filingAssist with various projectsParticipation in regular staff meetings

Other Duties:

As assigned by department manager

HS Degree or equivalent, and enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate programExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skillsWorking knowledge of computer software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)Must be organized and work well with constant priority changesSelf-motivated and able to work independently
