As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face and trusted voice of AT&T. Your mission? To make each customer interaction positive, informative, and rewarding. You'll help businesses explore the latest wireless and fiber options, answer questions, and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs- all while gaining valuable experience in communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement..

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Interact directly with decision makers to provide product information and support with a smile.
  • Help businesses find the right AT&T wireless or fiber plan for their lifestyle.
  • Build lasting relationships through attentive, personalized service.
  • Troubleshoot concerns and provide clear, solution-oriented responses.
  • Keep up with product updates and promotions to better serve business clients.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance customer satisfaction and community reach.
  • Represent the firm and AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive experiences.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new things.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, team-driven environments.
  • Confidence when speaking with customers in person or by phone.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus- but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4, $6,000.00 per month
