Responsibilities:

  • Upholding the Massage Envy SPA brand's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Greeting members and guests upon arrival.
  • Promoting the Wellness Program.
  • Re-engaging inactive members.
  • Keeping management appraised of member concerns and following the manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
  • Confidently recommend products and services to guests based on services rendered and recommendations of therapists
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
  • Professional work environment in a spa-like atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
  • Have a strong phone and computer skills.
  • Have previous customer service experience (preferred).
  • Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Spa Sales Experience 2+ years
