What you'll do

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Utilize effective etiquette to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with stocking to maintain an appealing store layout
  • Process transactions accurately through point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring efficient cashiering
  • Upsell products by identifying opportunities during customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures while adhering to retail math standards

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Bilingual abilities to assist a wider range of customers
