Cornerstone Bank is looking for a Director of Deposit Development to join our professional team. This position may be located at any Cornerstone Bank location. This position plays a key role in driving the bank's long-term growth through the acquisition and retention of no-cost and low-cost core deposits. This role works under the direction of the Chief Banking Officer to help Market Presidents and banking teams strengthen customer engagement, expand business product penetration, and elevate the bank's deposit growth performance. The ideal candidate brings deep commercial deposit and cash management expertise, a passion for building customer-centric strategies, and the ability to guide teams toward meaningful, measurable results. In addition, this position is responsible for developing and leading sales training exercises in both one-on-one and group settings to support team capability and performance.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in commercial deposit and cash management sales leadership
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking deposit products and customer needs
  • Experience in product selection, vendor management, and pricing strategies
  • Strong ability to design and execute sales processes, needs assessments, and feedback systems
Background & Experience

A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking or a related field and 7-10 years of leadership in commercial deposit, treasury or cash management sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
