What You'll Do As A Business Manager:

  • Lead branch operations, ensuring sustainable growth and team success.
  • Drive sales and business growth while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Develop and coach your team to achieve performance goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and job seekers to meet staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and company policies.

The Preferred Candidate Might:

  • Have at least 2 years of management or leadership experience.
  • Possess strong sales and business development skills.
  • Be highly organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
