As the Program Director of a Residential Detox Facility, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our detox program, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. What you'll do

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the residential detox program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident, incorporating input from medical staff and family members.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and adherence to prescribed treatments.
  • Manage operational budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality care standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive support services for residents, including social work and counseling.
  • Implement training programs for staff on best practices in dementia care, memory care, and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Engage with families to provide updates on resident progress and involve them in care decisions.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience as a program director in residential detox settings.
  • Strong background in operations management within healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in group home or residential settings.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals facing substance use disorders or mental health challenges.
  • Knowledge of financial acumen related to budgeting and resource allocation in healthcare facilities.
  • Certification in medication administration or related healthcare credentials.
