Proposal Coordinator

Progressive Trail Design – Bentonville, Arkansas

Progressive Trail Design (PTD) is an industry leader in trail and bike park design and construction, working with public and private clients across the U.S. to create world-class outdoor recreation experiences. We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Bentonville team.

Position Overview

This position is ideal for a sales-minded, detail-oriented, and design-savvy professional with strong communication and organizational skills. The Proposal Coordinator will play a critical role in reviewing RFP and bid documents, coordinating proposal development, and assembling visually compelling and technically accurate submittals for both design and build contracts. This is a hybrid role that blends proposal coordination with business development, including client follow-up and relationship support. Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite—particularly InDesign and Illustrator, —is essential.

Responsibilities


• Review and analyze RFP and bid documents for potential opportunities


• Prepare and format complete submittal packages for proposal deadlines


• Design and assemble proposal layouts and presentations using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat


• Coordinate with PTD leadership and project managers to assemble scope, pricing, and schedules


• Support client outreach, communication, and follow-up during the bidding and contracting process


• Maintain organized records of submissions and client interactions


• Assist with marketing and presentation materials as needed


• Occasional travel to client sites, conferences, or project locations

Qualifications


• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines


• Highly organized, detail-driven, and self-motivated


• Sales-oriented mindset and confidence in client-facing communication


• CRM knowledge, especially with , is a huge plus


• Familiarity with construction, design, or outdoor recreation industries a plus


• Must be based in Northwest Arkansas and available to work in Bentonville, Monday–Friday during normal business hours
