We are seeking a highly skilled
Project Manager
to lead the delivery of
Inventory Domain Services
and
ECS Legacy Services
integration with
S4 Hana
. This role is critical in managing the successful execution of our Inventory and Order Management transformation initiative, involving complex integration of legacy services (currently hosted on
Azure
and moving to
AWS
)with modern enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional
project delivery skills
, experience in
AWS
and
Azure
environments, and a solid foundation in
Agile methodologies
. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional and external teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Delivery:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Inventory Domain and ECS Legacy service integration projects.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and deliverables.
  • Drive project steering, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management:
  • Facilitate effective communication across internal and external teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Host regular
    scrum ceremonies
    such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Align stakeholder expectations and ensure business objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Coordinate closely with engineering teams working on application and infrastructure components.
  • Provide insight and oversight on cloud-based integration strategies using
    AWS and Azure
    platforms.
  • Support business process improvement and performance management initiatives.
  • Reporting & Governance:
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, project health, and key milestones.
  • Oversee resource planning and budget tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to industry-standard project management frameworks.

Requirements:

  • PMP certification preferred
  • Additional certifications such as CAPM, CPM, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience managing cloud-based integration projects using
    AWS and Azure
    .
  • Familiarity with cloud engineering concepts and infrastructure is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Inventory and Order Management systems and S4 integration.
  • Project Management Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery, risk management, and resource planning.
  • Strong command of Agile project management practices and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Proven track record in steering complex cross-functional projects to successful completion.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior involvement in
    Inventory or Order Management
    system projects.
  • Experience working in
    hybrid cloud environments
    and with legacy system modernization.
  • Demonstrated success in
    performance tracking
