As a
Project Manager
at Tidehouse, you will be the glue that keeps our website design and development projects on track—from site builds and redesigns to landing pages, content uploads, and integrations.

You will work closely with our web developers, designers, creative, content team, account managers and contractors / outsource partners to make sure every milestone stays on schedule, every deliverable meets our standards, and every client feels confident in the process.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-driven, organized, experienced in WordPress, comfortable with a project management system and loves seeing projects move from "kickoff" to "launch."

What You Will Do

  • Manage day-to-day progress of website projects, landing pages, integrations, content uploads and more.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Account Management and our Creative Experience team, primary sector being web development.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple clients and priorities.
  • Keep internal teams accountable and motivated, making sure the right tasks are in motion and deadlines are met efficiently and on-time.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams using a project management platform similar to Teamwork Projects, Asana, etc.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status updates.
  • Work in a Pod style operations model, meeting daily to check-in on project status, priorities, and scope.
  • Conduct quality checks before deliverables go live (content accuracy, design consistency, link functionality, content accuracy, etc.)
  • Help scope project timelines and resources, identifying risks or roadblocks early throughout agency scoping sessions.
  • Participate in client meetings as needed to discuss timelines, progress, and next steps.
  • Partner with our operations and digital leads to improve workflow processes and efficiency.
  • Conduct and manage work sprints for projects and retrospectives once projects have completed.
  • Manages and updates presentations related to project management client meetings and project work.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of project management experience in an agency or digital environment
  • Strong familiarity with
    WordPress
    and website production processes (bonus if you have managed site builds or redesigns)
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities without losing sight of details
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration between creative, content, and development teams
  • A proactive mindset; You don't just manage tasks, you keep momentum moving
  • Experience with project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and passion for great work
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
