Job Responsibilities
• Answers calls and assists customers directly from defined customer base.
• Evaluate Voice of Customer data to improve business processes specific to our high priority customer
base.
• Monitor impacts on business changes for our top partners & report to functional leads.
• Evaluate and assemble data around unmet needs at the customer level & communicate plans internally for
improvement.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement to the customer experience via deep engagement w/customer &
data analytics.
• Communicate w/marketing & operations to further improve the customer experience utilizing data gathered.
• Identify risks associated with business process changes & the impacts on high value customers.
• Manages 3rd party customer portal databases as needed.
• Serve as specific customer service representative for defined customer base.
• Answer and resolve basic technical questions.
• Grow sales through special promotional programs within defined customer base.
• Engage and escalate topics with field Account Managers and Channel Managers/Regional Managers
• Complete unique/hot orders for defined customer base
• Coordinate pricing functions as needed.
• Complete necessary data entry into CRM w/call outcomes as necessary
• Conduct all necessary CSR 1,2, & 3 functions as needed
• Assemble monthly summaries for Customer Service Manager & Channel Manager/RM
• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
• Required - High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years related industry experience and/or training.
• Preferred – Associates degree with 7+years related industry experience and/or training.
• Proficient in SAP (BW & PRD); ; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Knowledge of EDI; Order Entry; B2B E-Commerce Platforms; & ERP system general knowledge
• Strong customer communication skills & problem solving skills.
