Their mission is to help ensure our enrolled mothers get the right care at the right time during their pregnancy journey, thereby maximizing health and wellbeing. This is done through a combination of systems monitoring, coordination across different functional areas, proper documentation, and a focus on the mother's experience.Key Contributions:Explain the benefits of Lōvu services to patientsOnboard patients to the platformConnect patients with customer service, billing, etc. to ensure their issues are resolved quicklyMonitor remote patients and their data through various systems and use existing policies and procedures to address issues as they ariseEnsure timely and accurate documentation of all relevant data across different systemsUse protocols and system data to refer mothers to the correct resource or care partnerDeliver exceptional customer service and patient advocacy, with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on the experience and care of clients, partners, and stakeholdersActively engage in professional development to continuously improve existing skill setsOther duties as assignedRequired Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent2-3 years in customer or patient-facing role in customer service or account management, preferably in the medical field.Other Requirements:Located in Odessa, TX; time spent between two clinics, options to work partly from homeBilingual English - SpanishAbility to sit at desk >75% of work timeAbility to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, in video conferencing, and in writingBasic typing skills and computer literacyExceptional attention to detailBonus Points:Understanding of basic medical terminologyExperience in a healthcare settingHigh level of flexibility in work scheduleWork Hours, Location, & Pay:8am - 5pm CST Monday - Friday$ $20.00 an hour, depending on experienceFLSA Status:Non-ExemptDiversity Statement:Lōvu is mission-driven at its core and comprises a community of passionate people who want to make real improvements in health outcomes for persons who are pregnant.
