Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, management, and B2B sales, with a proven track record in technology sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Duties
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the negotiation process for contracts and agreements with clients.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
