Solo attorney law office with a high-volume book in litigation, real estate transactions, and estate planning & probate. An Office Manager handles billing, trust accounting, calendaring, vendor payments, and light marketing. You will be the sole paralegal, owning document preparation, closings, signings, client touchpoints, and filings across all the firm's practice areas.

We need a battle-tested paralegal with 8+ years who can handle document preparation, real estate closings, client intake and touch point management, litigation deadline and filing management, and client and matter file organization. Document preparation will include preparing court filings (complaints, answers, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, trial binders), drafting contracts from templates (estate planning, corporate governance, and business transaction documents), performing legal research and summaries of law, and drafting correspondence to clients. Closing activities will include document stack printouts and guided signing, disclosure preparation, and recordings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $70,000.00 per year
