A youth enrichment platform company is currently in search of a Legal Assistant to join the Legal Team. This will be a permanent opportunity and will be onsite in Bedford, TX. The ideal candidate will come from a corporate law background and will be comfortable in a fast paced environment requiring contract review and legal research, particularly in the Franchise space. What we’re looking for Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with contract review and document control 1–3+ years in a Legal Assistant / Contracts Coordinator / Paralegal or similar role Experience with DocuSign/e-signature, calendaring and deadlines, records management, and professional written communication Strong MS Office (especially Word and Outlook); follows process; organized and responsive Bonus: in-house support xrczosw experience and/or franchising exposure Day-to-day (high level) Manage contract execution (e.g., DocuSign), maintain legal calendars/deadlines, audit files for missing docs, keep franchisee records current, and support communications with internal partners and external parties.
