We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Long-Term Care Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Long-Term Care Pharmacy Sales Representative to help expand our business and further strengthen our relationships with long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales within the long-term care pharmacy industry and a proven track record of developing and maintaining successful partnerships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key personnel at long-term care facilities.
  • Promote and sell our pharmacy services, products, and solutions to long-term care providers.
  • Understand the unique needs of long-term care facilities and provide tailored pharmacy solutions to meet those needs.
  • Actively generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the operations and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to customers regarding new products and services.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the long-term care pharmacy or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of long-term care facility operations and pharmacy needs.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
