This role is designed for a highly strategic, execution-oriented operator who can bring clarity to chaos — transforming a fast-moving, ambiguous AI org into one that operates with focus, accountability, and scale. • Collaborate with PMs on driving reviews for the CEO and other key stakeholders: Ensure quality and timeliness of the delivery and identify and mitigate blockers to ensure delivery of the ambitious goals.
  • Team cohesion and alignment: Bring teams together and align on a joint vision and roadmap. Ensure successful integration of M&As and alignment with existing teams. Support change management and trust building across key members of the team.
  • Special programs: Lead or incubate key programmatic needs across the org (e.g. supporting ops for key product launches like Concord, friction reduction, internal communication touchpoints like All hands, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with program management, project management, strategy, management consulting, or operations
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, director level and above as a program manager or Chief of Staff

  • Effective prose and clear presentations skills with a high level of craft
  • Experience problem-solving individually and in a group setting
  • Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results
  • Experience operating autonomously and in a highly organized fashion to track top organization priorities, identify efficiencies and drive alignment across teams
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership to turn insights into actions
