Dragon Shield – Beckett Collectibles – Southern Hobby Distribution – Merchant Guild

Nashville – Plano – Aarhus – Lisbon – Germany – Worldwide

The Dragon Shield story began in 1999, in the backroom of a Danish gaming store with a gamer who knew card game accessories could be better, and for over 20 years, Dragon Shield has been the market leader and standard bearer in high-quality sleeves. In 2024 we celebrated our 25th anniversary, but one thing has always remained the same: We are still gamers, and that is reflected in everything we do.

The Team

You'll join our expanding Supply organization, working closely with colleagues in Denmark and the US. You'll lead our outbound efforts in close collaboration with the inbound and supply teams in Brabrand, Denmark.

We operate across time zones and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always ensuring our supply chain and customer experience remain smooth, structured, and ready for action.

Your Responsibilities

Working under the guidance of our Director of Supply, you'll take full ownership of our outbound operations and team performance. Your mission is to create clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement across all customer and delivery touchpoints.

You will:

  • Lead and align B2B customer support and order fulfillment globally, ensuring a uniform customer experience
  • Create and maintain stable SIOPs processes for order fulfillment and after-sales support
  • Support, coach, and develop outbound team members through a visible and engaged leadership style
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to increase performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with the Inbound Manager to align inbound and outbound processes
  • Monitor market demand fluctuations on SKU level and proactively support Sales and Inbound teams
  • Secure clear, timely, and relevant communication with internal stakeholders
  • Take ownership of all outbound flows and ensure strong collaboration with warehouse partners
  • Conduct weekly operational follow-ups and ensure launch and restocking plans are executed flawlessly

We imagine you bring:

  • Solid experience from logistics, supply chain, or outbound operations, ideally in a global setup
  • Experience in leading teams and developing people through coaching and structured follow-up
  • A strong process mindset and the ability to build and maintain operational standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, calm approach, even under pressure
  • The ability to see opportunities, make clear decisions, and ensure alignment across functions
  • A structured and systematic working style, thriving in steady workflows and clear routines
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with and improve KPI frameworks
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written)

Who you are

You're an empathetic yet decisive leader, calm by nature, but proactive in your approach. You communicate clearly, act with intent, and inspire others through structure and consistency.

You take pride in timely execution, and you find satisfaction in helping your team succeed together. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and are motivated by creating processes and structure where they don't yet exist. You're not afraid to dive into the operational details when needed, ensuring that strategy and execution go hand in hand.
