Administrative and Fulfillment Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative and Fulfillment Specialist to contribute to our mission-critical operations on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
As an Administrative and Fulfillment Specialist with EFP, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our administrative, accounting, and shipping/receiving processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring AP/AR emails, saving essential documents to Epicor P21 (our ERP System), and promptly notifying Customer Care or Operations of any discrepancies.
- Accurately processing direct shipment confirmations, on a daily basis, to generate invoices for our customers.
- Handling the conversion of vendor invoices and promptly notifying management of any discrepancies as needed.
- Receiving daily package shipments from UPS/Fed Ex, verifying contents and then shipping orders via UPS and Fed Ex based on pick ticket requirements.
- Organization of inventory, weekly cycle counts, and pick & hold orders.
- Processing weekly and bi-weekly vendor payments through P21.
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Processing credit card payments via virtual terminal as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and/or inventory/warehouse procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze data and the ability to discern when to seek additional assistance.
- Capability to work independently and coordinate with a team within an open-office team environment.
- Professional phone and email étiquette.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
