We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Document Review Attorney to join our dynamic and growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing legal documents for relevance and privilege, conducting first and second-level reviews, and providing high-quality legal counsel to our clients. This role requires a highly organized individual with a sharp eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough review and analysis of legal documents for relevance and privilege in accordance with the client's guidelines.
- Utilize advanced document review tools such as Relativity to manage, organize, and review large volumes of documents efficiently.
- Perform First Level and Second Level document reviews to identify potential issues and extract pertinent information.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, reports, and summaries for clients and legal teams.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to develop strategies and recommendations based on the review findings.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in the review process, ensuring that all work product meets or exceeds the client's standards.
- Provide litigation support to the legal team, including case preparation, research, and discovery.
- Stay updated with the latest legal trends and regulations to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
- Participate in quality control (QC) review processes to ensure all documents are correctly categorized and coded.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Review Lawyer, Review Attorney, or Litigation Support Attorney.
- Proficient in using document review tools such as Relativity.
- Proven experience in privilege review, relevance review, QC review, first-level review, and second-level review.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound judgments based on a review of complex legal documents.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey legal advice to clients and legal teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
- Knowledge of the latest legal trends and regulations is essential.
- Must possess a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
