A leading Seattle-based law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its thriving Real Estate and Capital Markets group. The team advises clients on high-value transactions involving acquisition, leasing, development, joint ventures, financing, and disposition of commercial real estate assets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex deals, grow their practice, and contribute to a dynamic, collegial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage legal matters related to commercial real estate transactions
• Conduct due diligence including title, survey, and zoning reviews
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and financing documents
• Advise clients on asset management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate across practice groups, especially with litigation and business teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2-8 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting
• Licensed to practice law in Washington State
• Strong knowledge of title/survey review, estoppels, SNDAs, easements, and leasing
• Detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive in solving problems
• Excellent communication skills and professional judgment
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow within the firm
