Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations — including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. This role ensures our products move seamlessly from the warehouse to our customers while maintaining Tea Heaven's high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Process and fulfill inbound and outbound orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and system updates.
  • Oversee packaging, labeling, and order preparation for wholesale and retail customers.
  • Coordinate deliveries and assist with transportation logistics when necessary.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Lifter, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and quality standards for food-grade products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on work ethic.
  • Experience with inventory management software or systems.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and food-handling standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical inventory tasks.
  • Forklift and pallet lifter experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
