What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments
  • Confirm and follow up on appointments to keep the schedule full and efficient
  • Greet patients, check them in, and help with basic paperwork
  • Communicate with patients about upcoming visits, reschedules, and reminders
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to manage the daily schedule
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent our office with warmth and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Comfortable on the phone and in person with patients
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
  • Basic computer skills (experience with any scheduling software is a plus)
  • Prior dental or medical office experience is helpful but not required – we're willing to train the right person
