Account Director – Global Facilities Management Leader
Location: New York, NY
Salary: Up to $280,000 Base + Bonus
A global leader in Facilities Management is seeking an exceptional
Account Director
to oversee a major financial institution across a multi-site New York portfolio. This is a high-visibility, strategic role managing total FM delivery—both
hard and soft services
—for one of the firm's flagship clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational, commercial, and strategic performance of a high-profile, multi-site account
- Deliver best-in-class Total Facilities Management (TFM) service across all disciplines
- Build strong client relationships at senior level and act as the primary escalation point
- Drive contract performance, KPI achievement, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Oversee teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure financial and operational excellence
- Develop long-term account strategy aligned with client objectives
Requirements:
- Proven background in
Facilities Management
—must have strong FM leadership experience - Experience running large, complex, multi-site corporate or financial services environments
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multimillion-dollar contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Service-side experience preferred, though high-calibre client-side candidates will be considered
Package:
- Up to
$280,000 base salary - Performance-based bonus
