Account Director – Global Facilities Management Leader

Location: New York, NY

Salary: Up to $280,000 Base + Bonus

A global leader in Facilities Management is seeking an exceptional
Account Director
to oversee a major financial institution across a multi-site New York portfolio. This is a high-visibility, strategic role managing total FM delivery—both
hard and soft services
—for one of the firm's flagship clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational, commercial, and strategic performance of a high-profile, multi-site account
  • Deliver best-in-class Total Facilities Management (TFM) service across all disciplines
  • Build strong client relationships at senior level and act as the primary escalation point
  • Drive contract performance, KPI achievement, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure financial and operational excellence
  • Develop long-term account strategy aligned with client objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven background in
    Facilities Management
    —must have strong FM leadership experience
  • Experience running large, complex, multi-site corporate or financial services environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multimillion-dollar contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Service-side experience preferred, though high-calibre client-side candidates will be considered

Package:
