Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for healthy living, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
  • Manage cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Participate in the interviewing process to select qualified candidates for store positions.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and personal growth.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, retail management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to supervise teams and manage employee performance effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
  • Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
