Job Title: Store Manager – Full Time

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Schedule: 5 days/week, 50 hours/week

Days off: 2, either one; Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (M-T, M-W, or T-W)

Starting Pay: From $50,000/year + Bonuses

Benefits: Paid training, 5 paid vacation days, career growth opportunities

Training will be held at our Miami locations – Daily Brightline Train transportation cost covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure a smooth and profitable workflow.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members, including Assistant Managers.
  • Manage labor and food costs, ensuring efficiency and hitting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager on hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal shift coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
  • Conduct and pass health inspections, maintaining a clean and safe store.
  • Drive store ratings on Google and Yelp by enhancing the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams and support influencer visits and promotions.
  • Cross-train team members for operational flexibility.
  • Use digital tools (checklists, task management software) to maintain store standards.
  • Manage payroll, verify timesheets, and process adjustments.
  • Oversee delivery app issues and resolve with accounting as needed.
